意味：To have the same way of thinking. To understand and agree with someone's way of thinking.
息がぴったり。波長が合う。考え方が同じである。

I love working with John. We're on the same wavelength, so things always go smoothly.
意味：ジョンと仕事をするのが大好きだ。考え方が同じだから、いつも物事がスムーズにいく。

A: How are the negotiations going?
B: Not well. We just don't seem to be on the same wavelength.
意味：
A: 交渉はどうなっている？
B: 上手くいっていない。ただ我々とは考え方が同じではなさそうだ。
